Louise Toussaint joins MTIC with over 14 years of experience working as an administrative assistant at the Peter Mac Callum Cancer Centre. She was a pioneer in her field leading the Nuclear Medicine administrative team and coming up with innovative ways to enhance the patient experience.

She is passionate about ensuring that every patient coming through the healthcare system receives information that is clear and enables them to better understand the administrative processes behind their care.

At MTIC she aims to ensure that the administrative team are able to meet the needs of patients, key stake-holders and the wider healthcare needs of the community.
